What country are you from?
US of A. (United States of America).
What place did you finish in the Pro Strongwoman?
I ended up getting second place overall.
How do you train?
Typically, I am a middle weight competitor. For the Strongwoman pro series, it is an open weight class. I was able to put on a few extra pounds, which in turn helped me to hang out with the big girls a little better. I try to eat as clean as possible. I eat a lot of rice and ground turkey. The leaner food you take in, the better you feel. I packed on a few pounds for this event.
What kind of rice?
White Jasmine rice.
Tell me about your workouts.
Terry Rady is my trainer. He is a pro middleweight strongman. Usually, I am in the gym about 5 days a week. Each workout is about 2 hours. It is broken down by upper body training days, lower body training days, and an event training day. We break it up to give the body a little rest by body part. He works his magic and gives me the program. I knock it out and then head to work.

How did you get injured?
Twenty-nine reps on the stone. It’s typical. We call them stone kisses. It is a badge of honor to wear.
Sidebar: The stone event was last woman standing style. The athletes are throwing a 240-pound stone over a 50-inch bar. For example, the athlete in 3rd place would load the stone over the bar to the athlete in 2nd place. They go back and forth until one can’t get the stone over the bar. Then, the next athlete (1st place) will take the athlete’s place that failed. The athletes have 30 seconds to load the stone over the bar.
Do you have a day job?
I work for the Dallas Police Department. That’s what pays the bills and I come here to have fun.
Wait, are you a police officer?
Yes.
