I talked to Leah Lambert at the Doo Dah Parade 2022.
This is the second time I have bumped into you. It must be fate. Tell me about your business.
People tell me I don’t talk about myself enough. I would say a good analogy would be the Paul Mooney of the community. If you haven’t heard of me, you haven’t heard of me; but, if you have heard of me, you won’t stop seeing me, like today.
Sidebar:
I had to google Paul Mooney (stage name for Paul Gladney). He was an American comedian, writer, social critic, and actor.

Tell me what you do.
I help everybody that needs help. I know that sounds silly; but, there are underserved communities everywhere, underserved artists everywhere. Artists who are trying to create a business everywhere. They don’t know how. And even when they do know how, they don’t have the resources, or they have to work, and they have a million things going on. It seems like it is becoming an impossibility; but, it is not an impossibility. What are your micro steps? I help them see what their micro steps are. Sometimes, you don’t know what you don’t know. Once you know it, you can’t unknow it. We want to create star fish that will go out and create more things for more people. For example, Emily has eleven people who are artists, who will be able to come aboard on her business as she gets more contacts. I got her a contact with Comfest. I got her a contact with a different company that does promo work (Nick Woak from Evolved). The more contacts that she can get, the more she can grow her business to make money and support her family from her heart. The more she helps other people do that, then everybody is getting jobs that they are happy at where they get work life balance. It is a whole eco system for the community.
Nick Woak?
He is a wonderful community organizer. He does a festival called Trauma. It is a little different. It is also a community fund raiser. The last time he had the festival live, he gave money for the Dayton shooting (2019). Every year, he gives the money to the Youth Guild and some to a community program that is not his own.

Is there anything that I didn’t ask you that you think I should have asked you? If so, go ahead and answer that question.
I want to teach people about love. I don’t know what it means to each person. I don’t know if each person knows what it means for themselves. I want to open their minds and show them how they can do a little bit more each day. That will get them to what they want if they would just live within a positive mindset. If they would help their community, their community would help them back.
