I talked to Zac Ros at Summer Jam West 2022.
Tell me about why you do this.
I just like writing on walls. I came from Stockton, California. I hang out at the Lookout (3440 W. Broad Street). We are a little art community over there. The owner is cool. We are about bringing up our youth and helping and teaching people with their own artwork. Spray paint is one of the mediums that I am working with today. I work with air brush, pastel, acrylics, oil, and tattoos. We airbrush cars. We do a lot of fun stuff up there.
Tell me about this piece.
I am doing a tiger with a flower and a snake inside of it. It is like the area that we grew up in. It was kind of rough; but, there were nice communities which is the sweet side of things. You have the bad side and the good side, like yin and yang. One can’t exist without the other.
Is there anything that I didn’t ask you that you think I should have asked you? If so, go ahead and answer that question.
