I talked to Evelyn McBride while participating in Scribble (a mini-Scrawl) at the Columbus Arts Festival 20223.

Why did you participate today?

Columbus is a great city because there are so many opportunities, events and festivals to participate in. This is a brand-new event where people are live painting at the actual festival.

Tell me about your art journey?

I went to school at CCAD (Columbus College of Art & Design). I graduated in 2021 in Advertising Graphic Design.  That is my full-time job. I am a graphic designer at OSU (Ohio State University). This is what I do on the side. I find it creatively fulfilling. Sometimes graphic design work might not be. I love it.
