Tell me about your book and why you wrote it.

I wrote the book to share my story and to be a solution to the problem. Everything that is in my book is what I went through, why I went through it and how I overcame it. One of the most important things is to never be on the wrong side of the truth. I found out that I was on the wrong side of the truth. I thought I was right; but, I was wrong. Until you face what you have been running from, or have a fear of, is when you learn that you are not where you think you are.

I realized that I had a problem. It wasn’t until that black was no longer there that I saw the truth and the light.

Is there anything that I didn’t ask you that you think I should have asked you? If so, go ahead and answer that question.

Why didn’t I know that there was a better way?

Sometimes it is our environment, sometimes it is easier to blame and make an excuse and justify our behavior instead of taking the time to understand that it is not only hurting myself but those that are around me. Sometimes, we have a stigma from our past. Never let your past stop you from moving forward in your truth and whatever your dream is. Even if it didn’t work the first time, don’t let that stop you from trying again.
